语言模型（Language Model）：语言模型是对一组字序列构成的知识表示；语言模型的目标是在语音识别的过程中有效地结合语法和语义的知识。声学模型（Acoustic Model）：声学模型是对声学、语音学、环境的变量、说话人性别、口音等的差异的知识表示；声学模型的目标是提供一种有效的方法，计算语音的特征矢量序列和每个发音模板之间的距离。
语音活动检测（Voice Activity Detection,VAD)模型：主要功能是用于设定电话机器人开始识别和结束检测并识别客户声音时间点，以实现机器实时快速准确地响应客户回答的需求。
交互：电话机器人与客户沟通的过程即为交互。
交互轮数：话术中电话机器人和客户交互的次数，也就是，电话机器人和客户有几次互动。
话术：电话机器人负责与以电话呼入、外呼连接的用户进行电话智能交互，交互的过程可以进行配置，该配置称之为话术；也可以简单的理解为，机器与客户交互过程中所说的话。
出口场景：每个节点预设的客户回答电话机器人问题的不同类型称之为出口场景；比如：电话机器人问客户是不是李磊先生，客户有可能回答：肯定（是的）；否定（不是）；投诉；咨询；重听；也就是核实姓名节点有五个出口场景。
场景覆盖率：每个节点预设出口场景的个数与客户实际出口场景的个数之比。场景覆盖率越高，说明电话机器人与客户交互越顺利。
节点：话术中电话机器人说话部分的统称。比如：身份确认节点；协商还款节点；强调还款时间节点等等。
基线模型：语言模型中电话机器人的初版识别模型。字转写准确度的提升，就是在基线模型的基础上随着语料的不断增加逐渐优化提升模型准确度的。
语料：是指电话机器人与客户交互过程中，客户的说的话。
关键词：是指基于客户说的话，有益于提升电话机器人识别准确度的关键表达。
外显号码：是指电话机器人外呼给客户，客户手机上显示的来电号码。
呼通率：是指电话机器人外呼电话，结果呼通的电话量占所有外呼电话量的百分比。
精分通话结果：是指电话机器人外呼电话，最终是否通话成功以及未呼通时，客户手机的检测状态细分。比如：关机，停机，呼叫限制，客户挂机，成功等等。
发音人：电话机器人的声音需要根据不同场景定制不同的发音，比如：呼入服务场景和呼出营销场景，就需要不同的声音和交互方式，这种时候就需要选择或训练不同的电话或电销机器人声音，即发音人。
动态信息：是指在电话机器人话术中，根据不同客户播报的信息不一样的信息。比如：客户姓名，逾期金额，逾期天数，每个客户都不一样，称之为动态信息。
提示音：是指电话机器人话术的人工录音。
合成音：是指电话机器人话术的机器在线合成的声音。
